Building a sustainable future for humanity

We believe that with great power comes great responsibility. In the face of sustainable development challenges, as industry leaders, we should contribute more to the sustainable development of the planet and the common well-being of humanity. Based on this belief, we integrate the concept and actions of sustainable development into all aspects of our business operations, working together with our partners, customers, and employees to build a better and more sustainable future.

National Green Factory

In China, Jingda has become one of the first national-level green factories in the industry. We’re making continuous efforts to establish green factories, which include centralizing paint supply, retrofitting equipment, using clean energy, and improving energy efficiency to reduce carbon emissions. By investing more in environmental protection, we actively lead the electromagnetic wire industry toward sustainable future.

Major Developments:

  • Jingda Tongling has launched the “Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Station” project, utilizing 100,000 square meters of factory rooftop space to construct an 8MW power station. The project was fully completed in 2023.
  • In 2022, Jingda Guangdong established and operated a photovoltaic power station, which currently yields approximately 4.04 million kwh annually.
  • In September 2021, our subsidiary Jingxun developed a specialized management plan for VOC treatment (Volatile Organic Compounds emissions) and completed all specified treatment measures by the end of June 2022.

Centralized Paint Supply
Our factories have fully installed the automated centralized paint supply system. This system distributes paint to a storage tank and transfers it through a pipeline using a paint supply pump to the machine's paint box for automatic supply. This method replaces traditional paint drums and reduces the need for organic solvents in cleaning.
Photovoltaic power generation
We increase the use of solar power in our energy supply by extensively installing photovoltaic power stations to power our factories autonomously, reducing our production's reliance on non-renewable resources and significantly reducing our carbon emissions.
Eco-friendly equipments
We continuously upgrade our production equipment and improve our environmental protection systems to treat exhaust gases, wastewater, and dust removal, thereby reducing our environmental impact.
Environmental logistics
Compared to fuel-powered forklifts, electric forklifts emit no exhaust and consume less energy, which is more environmentally friendly. Jingda Group is currently replacing fuel-powered forklifts with electric ones across all factories. In logistics, we save energy and reduce emissions by strategically planning and optimizing transportation routes and improving vehicle loading rates.

Emission Reduction

Currently, Jingda Group has become one of the largest production capacities for enamelled wire worldwide, necessitating meticulous management of emissions and waste disposal due to the extensive scale.

  • In September 2021, our subsidiary Jingxun developed a specialized management plan for VOC treatment (Volatile Organic Compounds emissions) and completed all specified treatment measures by the end of June 2022.
  • In 2022, Jingda Tongling equipped all production machines with catalytic combustion devices to incinerate the exhaust produced during the enameling and baking processes. This approach not only controls emissions but also recycles the generated heat for wire baking, enhancing both pollution reduction and energy efficiency.
  • Since 2016, Jingda Group has equipped various wire product manufacturing lines with low-temperature catalytic combustion and emission capture devices at the oven outlets. These systems utilize residual heat from the ovens for three-times catalytic combustion of emissions.
  • Our subsidiary, Jingda Tianjin, reduces emissions from “cooling off smokestacks” by installing catalytic combustion equipment to prevent air pollution and protect the environment.

Green Technology and

Sustainable Products

Jingda Group collaborates with national research institutes and suppliers to continuously research and develop sustainable technologies for enamel coating, phase out outdated capacity, and provide more durable and environmentally friendly products.

Choose higher-quality, more environmentally friendly raw materials

Selecting superior raw materials enhances the performance and longevity of our products. The enamel for our enameled wire is sourced from top-tier global suppliers, ensuring high quality and compliance with international environmental standards.

Continuously Improve Product Technical Specifications

Our R&D team has always continued upgrading the technology of our products. The various technical indicators of Jingda products continue to lead the industry, which means better performance and durability.

Persist in R&D to Optimize Processes and Equipment

During production, we use better equipment and continuously refine our processes and procedures. These changes have led to increasingly significant improvements—reducing the product scrap rate during production and enhancing product performance and durability.

Circular Economy

Efficient use of resources and energy is essential for sustainable development. As a leading global manufacturer of magnet wires, we embrace the circular economy to support sustainability and cost reduction. We treat the circular economy as an ongoing research subject and regularly inspect every link in our production and logistics chain to apply circular economy principles.

Recycling and Reuse Plan

This plan not only addresses the forefront of product development, manufacturing, and packaging design but also actively leverages the strength of our supply chain partners to improve the efficiency of raw material and packaging material use.

Planning phase

Recyclable chain design

Designing circular entry points in advance throughout the entire supply chain, from procurement to production and logistics.
Production process

Recyclable tools

Replacing traditional wooden pallets to eco friendly recycling plastic pallets.
Packaging process

Recyclable packaging materials and tools

Packaging boxes, spools, and reels are recyclable and reusable. Based on the shipping distance, maximize the use of recyclable large reels to reduce material waste caused by producing many small reels.

Harmless Waste Treatment and Recycling

Since 2014, our waste management department has been sorting scrap metal and waste wires from factories and depots. We sell these materials to local recycling companies. Additionally, we collect and process discarded plastic spools, wooden spools, and packaging materials for recycling organizations to prevent resource wastage.

Employee Consensus And Action

To achieve a sustainable future, both businesses and individuals must work together. We view employees as a crucial force in driving sustainability. Through continuous sustainability-related training, we ensure that employees deeply understand the necessity of this global action and incorporate it into their daily actions. We believe that only by truly embracing the concept of sustainability can we bring about actionable changes and achieve tangible results in our sustainability measures.
