All enameled copper wires are carefully manufactured to meet high-temperature ranges from 105°C to 240°C. The round magnet wire offers excellent thermal- and chemical- resistance to aggressive gaseous and liquid mediums. Self-supporting coils use magnet wire, the outermost layer of which is a thermoplastic that bonds the coils together when heated or solvent-activated.
