Jingda was among the first manufacturers in the industry to be recognized as a National-Level Green Factory in China. We continue to invest in greener operations — centralized paint supply, equipment retrofits, clean energy and improved energy efficiency — to cut carbon emissions and help lead the magnet wire industry toward a more sustainable future.

Principales avances:

  • Jingda Tongling built an 8 MW rooftop photovoltaic power station across 100,000 m² of factory roof space, completed in 2023.
  • Jingda Guangdong commissioned a photovoltaic power station in 2022 that now generates roughly 4.04 million kWh per year.
  • In September 2021, our subsidiary Jingxun launched a dedicated plan to treat volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, completing all planned measures by the end of June 2022.

Nuestras fábricas tienen totalmente instalado el sistema centralizado automatizado de suministro de pintura. As one of the largest producers of enameled wire in the world, Jingda manages emissions and waste with close, systematic control that matches the scale of our operations.

Principales avances:

  • A dedicated VOC management plan was developed by our subsidiary Jingxun in September 2021 and fully implemented by the end of June 2022.
  • In 2022, every production machine at Jingda Tongling was fitted with a catalytic-combustion device to treat exhaust from the enameling and baking process — controlling emissions while recovering the heat it generates to bake wire, improving energy efficiency at the same time.
  • Since 2016, wire production lines across the group have been equipped with low-temperature catalytic combustion and emission-capture devices at the oven outlets, using residual oven heat for multi-stage catalytic combustion of emissions.
  • At Jingda Tianjin, catalytic-combustion equipment has been installed to reduce stack emissions and help prevent air pollution.

Boxes, spools and reels are recyclable and reusable. Where shipping distance allows, we favor large reusable reels to avoid the waste created by producing many small ones.

Since 2014, our waste-management team has sorted scrap metal and waste wire from our factories and depots and supplied it to licensed local recyclers. We also collect used plastic and wooden spools and packaging for recycling, keeping usable resources out of landfill.
