The advantage of film wrappedwire is that it is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, but it requires additional peeling of the film before soldering. The advange of fiberglass wrapped wire is that it can protect the wire during the winding process and can be directly soldered.
In addition, PEW, EIW and AIW produced by Jingda have extremely high wear resistance and scratch resistance, and are often used in the production of various inductors and other power equipment. The commonly used temperature grades for PEW are F and H, and the prices are relatively economical, which is highly favored by many long-term cooperative customers. EIW and AIWs’ temperature resistance can usually be up to 200 degrees and 220 degrees, heat shock and chemical corrosion resistance are excellent, and are often used in high-performance products such as shaped wire inductors. All of them can be customized according to customer needs.
